Q:   Is there a minimum order requirement?

       A:   No

Q:   How quickly will my order ship?

       A:   1 business days after receipt of order

Q:   Do you offer Free Freight and if so, what is the requirement to qualify?

       A:   Orders over 288 pieces qualify for free ground shipping

Q:   Can you ship on my UPS Account?

       A:   Yes

Q:   Do you charge a handling fee if you ship on my UPS Account?

       A:   No

Q:   How can I qualify for an account?

       A:   We sell blank apparel to screen print and embroidery companies.  An ASI or PPAI# and reseller certificate are required for account consideration.

Q:   How do I apply for Terms?

       A:   Complete our Wholesale Terms Application form.

Q:   Do I have to pay with a credit card?

       A:   If you are not set up with terms, then yes, orders will need to be paid by credit card.

Q:   Where do you ship from?

       A:   Middleton, WI

Q:   I would like a sample, how do I get one?  Are samples free or discounted?

       A:   Since there is no minimum order quantity a sample order is processed just like any other order.  Samples are not discounted or free.

Q:   Can I order colors that you don’t stock?

       A:   ACA has the ability to do custom orders and colors. Minimums and lead times vary depending on the garment, color, and time of year. For more information, please e-mail your request to

Q:   Do you have a size chart?

       A:   There is a specification sheet available on each product page.

Q:   Are all necks set up for private labeling?

       A:   All our products have a tear-away neck label for easy private labeling options.

Q:   Do you also decorate, or do you have recommendations for decorators?

       A:   ACA does not decorate. E-mail to get a list of decorators that buy from us.

Q:   What is your return policy?

       A:   We accept returns within 15 business days of receipt of product.  Returns must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be shipped to Athletic City Apparel, 8155 Forsythia Drive, Door C, Middleton, WI 53562 at customer’s expense.  

Q:   What if my shipment contained items I didn’t order/wrong product?

       A:   E-mail or call customer support at ______________ so we can get you the correct product.
