Athletic City Apparel is happy to accept returns within 15 business days of receipt of product. There is a 15% restocking fee for any returns that were not caused by our error.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new (unused, unworn, unwashed) condition with original neck label still attached.

Please include your original order # and for each item being returned include the Part #, Size, Color, Quantity
We will reply to your e-mail with a return authorization number.
Package your return and include the Return Authorization number inside the box and ship to:
Athletic City Apparel, 8155 Forsythia Ave Door C, Middleton WI 53562.
We strongly recommend you return via a trackable shipping method as we will not issue refunds for returns that are lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, we will check in the product against your return authorization and will issue a refund less 15% restock fee and original freight crediting back your original payment method.
If you purchased using terms we will issue a credit on your account. If you prefer to receive a refund check, please indicate this on your return request.
If you received items in error, please also e-mail orders@athleticcityapparel.com and we will issue a call tag to pick up the incorrect product and will credit your account back as soon as we receive the returned product.
We do not process exchanges, if you would like different items, please process a return request and submit a new order for the alternate product.
