About This Policy

When we refer to the “Site” we’re talking about and all of its mobile applications.

This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect through the Site. It describes how we collect and use personal data.

Please note: This Privacy Policy does not supersede or affect the terms of any policy or agreement between you and any third party (for example, Google, facebook®, Twitter®, Pinterest® and other parties other than Athletic City Apparel with whom you share your personal information). Please make sure that you read and understand the terms of any privacy policies that you enter into with parties other than ACA, as those policies – and not this Policy – explain how your personal information is used by such other parties.

This Policy does not apply to any information you may provide to us through other means; for example, at a live event, via mail, or via telephone. Likewise, this Policy does not apply to information collected directly or indirectly by our third party service providers, such as credit card processors.

This Policy is intended to be read with, and not to limit, other terms of use agreements, policies or procedures that may appear on the Site.

In the event of material change to the Privacy Policy, we will include notice in an email transmission to those on our distribution list. You can include your email address on the distribution list by using the “Email Sign-Up” function on the homepage of the Site.
